工作压力一直是工作场所中普遍关注的问题。探讨了制造业企业员工工作压力对工作满意度和离职倾向的影响。结果表明,工作压力显著降低工作满意度,提高离职意愿,工作倦怠在工作压力与工作满意度之间起到部分中介作用,在工作压力与离职倾向之间起到完全中介作用。研究结果对于如何减少制造业企业员工的工作压力提供了实证支持。
Abstract:Working pressure has always been a common concern in the workplace. This study mainly discusses the impact of job stress on employees in manufacturing enterprises of the impact of job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results show that job stress significantly reduces job satisfaction and improves turnover intention, and job burnout plays an important role in job stress, which plays a partial mediating role between job stress and job satisfaction, it plays a complete mediating role between job stress and turnover intention. This paper provides an empirical support to reduce the job stress of employees in manufacturing enterprises.
