以2011—2022年沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,聚焦客户绿色创新对供应商绿色全要素生产率的影响及其作用机理。实证结果显示,客户绿色创新可显著提升供应商绿色全要素生产率,使得供应商在提高资源利用效率的同时,有效减少环境污染,经过一系列稳健性检验,该结论依然成立;调节检验表明,数字化转型能够正向调节客户绿色创新提升供应商绿色全要素生产率的作用,强化了绿色创新对提升绿色全要素生产率的效果;异质性分析表明,客户绿色创新对处于高市场化地区的供应商和非国有性质的供应商企业绿色全要素生产率的提升更为显著。
Abstract:Using the listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2011 to 2022 as the research object, focusing on the impact of customer green innovation on suppliers' green total factor productivity and its mechanism. The empirical results show that customer green innovation can significantly improve suppliers' green total factor productivity, enabling suppliers to improve resource utilization efficiency and effectively reduce environmental pollution at the same time. After a series of robustness tests, this conclusion still holds. The moderation test shows that digital transformation can positively moderate the role of customer green innovation in enhancing suppliers' green total factor productivity, strengthening the effect of green innovation on improving green total factor productivity. The heterogeneity analysis shows that customer green innovation has a more significant impact on improving the green total factor productivity of suppliers in high-marketization regions and non-state-owned suppliers.
